OUR STORY
Each year Grimsby & District Senior Netball League nominate a local charity to raise money for. The nomination is made by a member/members of the league and all teams are encouraged to raise as much money as they can through events, tournaments, charity fundraising nights, Bonus Ball competition, raffles and name cards.
The nominations are requested at the November meeting and is voted on by league members.
Grimsby & District Senior Netball League have been very generous over the years and compete to win the Karen Arnold Trophy at the end of the year which is awarded on presentation evening, along with the cheque to the chosen charity.
If you would like to nominate a local charity for the forthcoming year please contact fundraising@grimsbynetball.com with full details of the charity (it must have a local branch) and why our members should vote.
